Construction of musical instruments
The discovery of sound phenomena as they were perceived in the Middle Ages, makes it possible to better understand the historicity of our music through mathematics, proportions and intervals in music.

By listening to and presenting a few medieval instruments and through various physical experiments, students will experiment with the phenomena of proportions, sound pitches and their history. They will have to have direct contact with sound objects and to manipulate them.
